Joseph Stevenson previously pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw said.
An investigation into Stevenson began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children informed authorities of Stevenson's online activities, Bradshaw said.
Additional details are being withheld in an effort to protect the identity of the victim, Bradshaw said.
